Country-pop and actor songwriter Jana Kramer rose to fame in the world of television when she joined the crew on One Tree Hill as Alex during its last three seasons. The show showcased her first albums as country music, propelling her 2012 debut album to the Billboard 200 to the Top 20. Thirty One by 2015 was the sequel and reached number Ten. The last decade saw she appeared as a contestant on Dancing with the Stars as she did in TV films and various TV programs. There were also several singles, but they were not albums. The self-doubting Voices came out in 2021. Jana Rae Kramer began acting in 2002 when she was a young teenager. Born in Rochester Hills Michigan Jana Rae Kramer has a background in the country genre. She appeared in guest spots on All My Children, CSI: NY and Friday Night Lights in the 2nd season of the show 2007-2008. Kramer was later cast to play Portia Ranson on 90210 (2008-2009) as well as Brooke Manning, in Entourage (2009), before she was tapped for One Tree Hill by the CW as Alex Dupre. Kramer remained with the One Tree Hill team until half way through its finale season (2012). Jana Kramer Kramer began her career on One Tree Hill in 2011. The actress signed a contract with Elektra Records during this time and released the country-rock song "I I Won't Let You Go" during the show's episode. By the middle of 2012, the song was included in her first entire album Jana Kramer. Billboard Top Country Albums ranked the track in the Top Five. She continued acting in movies such as Heart of the Country 2013 or Country Crush 2016 which would attract her followers. Kramer released her sophomore studio album Thirty One in collaboration with Warner Music Nashville, in October 2015. Thanks to The Top Five country hit I Got the Boy as well as the duet she did together with Steven Tyler of Aerosmith it did even better, reaching the top spot of three on the country albums chart and number ten on the Billboard 200. The month of September 2016 saw her stint on the 23rd Season of Dancing with the Stars lasted 2 months, and she finished with a 4th place finishing. That same year she had a hit adult contemporary track with Straight No Chaser's Feels like Christmas.
