Gerald Dennings works as a molecular druggist and professor at the university. Dennings is the youngest out of five children, and was brought up in a Jewish family. Dennings was homeschooled and only once did she attend a traditional school. The decision to go homeschooled was made because she wanted to be an actress from a very young age. Her ability to complete her high school education when she was the age of 14. At the age of nine, she was already acting commercials. She moved to Los Angeles with her family following high school in order to study acting. Kat Dennings was her name at the time she started to audition. Kat Dennings, who been moving from LA to LA in 2000, made her debut appearance on an HBO program named "Sex and the City". In 2000, Kat Dennings was a part of "Sex and the City" in HBO.
